We are seeking a Manager to join and lead our busy foodcourt restaurant in Hamilton and Tauranga

Suitable applicants must have:

• Minimum 1-year Restaurant/Fast-food/Takeaway experience, preferably Grilled food.

• Minimum diploma in Business/Management

• Good knowledge of Grilled Food.

• Good communication skills.

• Good personal hygiene and grooming.

• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

• The ability to multi-tasking and problem solving effectively.

Your other duties include:

• Proper management for the business.

• Hiring the staff

• Cash handling and banking.

• Stock ordering.

• Provide good customer service and communication with the customers.

• Managing kitchen operations.

• Pricing and menu planning.

• Maintaining and supervising standards of service quality and food safety.

• Supervision and training of junior staff.
